About Nooqleo
The space between strategy and delivery is where we work.
Nooqleo is a strategy and execution consultancy for leaders who need complex initiatives to become clearer, more connected, and more achievable.
Our roots are in marketing and go-to-market work, where complex initiatives often reveal something larger: execution depends on how decisions, people, functions, and work connect across the organization.
Our Point of View
Strong execution is not the last step of strategy. It is the system that makes strategy real.
Why Nooqleo Exists
Complex work needs an execution system—not only a project plan.
Nooqleo was created after observing a recurring pattern: as initiatives become more ambitious and teams take on greater responsibility, coordinating execution across functions becomes increasingly difficult.
Founded by strategist, operator, and systems thinker Liliana Pettenkofer, Nooqleo grew out of years spent helping organizations deliver complex marketing, brand, go-to-market, and operating initiatives across teams, priorities, and stakeholders.
As the work grew larger, the boundaries of the problem expanded. Initiatives that began in marketing increasingly required coordination across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, HR, Communications, leadership teams, agencies, and external partners.
That experience reinforced a simple idea: many execution problems do not belong to one function. They emerge in the connections between functions—where decisions, ownership, handoffs, dependencies, communication, and competing priorities meet.
Over time, one insight became clear: successful execution rarely depends on a project plan alone. It depends on how strategy, decisions, people, and work are connected across the organization.
Today, Nooqleo focuses on creating the clarity, structure, and coordination required to turn complex strategy and change into coordinated execution.
Why the Name Nooqleo
The center where everything connects.
Nooqleo is inspired by the concept of the nucleus—the center of a system where everything connects.
In organizations, execution works the same way. Strategy, decisions, people, and processes do not operate independently. Ambitious work moves when those elements connect around a shared direction and an operating system that allows them to work together.
The name reflects Nooqleo’s belief that stronger execution begins by understanding—and strengthening—the connections between the parts.
Founder & Principal Consultant
Liliana Pettenkofer
Liliana is a strategic integrator, operator, and advisor who has spent her career working in the space between ideas and execution.
She began, like many operators do, by learning how to make individual projects work: organizing timelines, clarifying responsibilities, building structure, and helping people move toward a shared outcome.
Over time, the projects became larger and more interconnected. A campaign became a portfolio. A rebrand became a global program. A marketing initiative became an enterprise effort involving multiple teams, leaders, regions, systems, and competing priorities.
That evolution changed the way she saw the work.
The challenge was no longer only whether a project had a plan. It was whether the organization around the project could make decisions, coordinate across boundaries, manage dependencies, and stay aligned long enough to deliver the outcome.
That perspective became the foundation of how Liliana works today: seeing the whole environment, understanding where the connections are breaking down, and helping leaders create the conditions for people and work to move together.
Her approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in a simple belief: better systems should not only improve delivery—they should make it easier for people to understand their role, work across boundaries, and contribute meaningfully to the outcome.

How We Show Up
Senior thinking. Practical partnership. Honest movement.
01
See the whole system
We connect strategy, people, process, and delivery instead of optimizing one piece in isolation.
02
Name the real issue
We bring directness without theater, so leadership can act on what the evidence is actually showing.
03
Work with the team
We build alongside internal talent, strengthen capability, and avoid dependency on outside support.
04
Stay accountable to outcomes
Activity is not the measure. We focus the work on decisions and changes that create meaningful progress.
The Human Side of Execution
Better systems should make it easier for people to do strong work together.
Nooqleo believes execution systems should reflect the reality of how people work.
People need context, clarity, and workable decision paths. They manage competing priorities and rely on information moving effectively across teams. When roles, expectations, or authority are unclear, the cost shows up not only in timelines and delivery—but in frustration, duplication, and unnecessary friction.
We build structure to improve execution, but also to create a working environment in which people can collaborate more effectively and understand how their work connects to the whole.
